Treat yourself, or a loved one, to an indulgent morning of self-care. The session will involve a gentle yoga practice and guided deep relaxation to leave you feeling calm and refreshed as we move into the spring season!

I offer 1-2-1 and small group yoga sessions tailored to your needs. You pick the day and time that suits you best and have your very own bespoke yoga class online or in person in the comfort of your own home.

Are you looking for a fun activity for an upcoming special event? I offer private yoga party bookings for events like hen parties, birthdays, baby showers and family get-togethers. I can combine a range of yoga styles and mindfulness activities to create a unique session tailored to your specific requirements.

Prices for yoga parties start from just £10 per person for an hour of yoga (minimum numbers apply).
