Hi, I’m Andrea!
I found yoga in 2012 and was immediately hooked on the sense of calm I felt after a class. Fast forward to 2019, I trained and qualified as a Yoga Teacher (200-hr) and started guiding students through their own yoga journey.
I now teach a wide range of yoga classes but all focus on connecting movement with breath and finding a moment of pause in your day. Yoga teaches you to be present and I hope to share the joy and calm that yoga can bring with all of my students.
